What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.
“Voting is not only our right – it is our power.”
KLE Society’s School, Gadag conducted an awareness program on 25th April 2024. Grade 9 students and teachers participated in a street play, where students raised their voices with various slogans and placards to create awareness among the public.
This initiative was taken by the school with the aim to motivate the public. The students actively participated and showed great enthusiasm and creativity in conveying their message to the audience.
The main objective of this campaign was to make people aware of their right to vote. The rally was organized under the guidance of Principal Mrs. Kalpana Chachadi and the Department of Kannada. During the event, Mr. Bharath S., CEO of Zilla Panchayath Gadag, spoke about the power of each individual's vote in shaping the future of the nation and the responsibility to participate in the democratic process. He also appreciated the students who actively took part in the skit.
Indeed, the event was a grand success!
